To make the vegan banana ice cream, I throw some frozen banana chunks (about one medium banana’s worth) in a food processor with as little almond milk as possible to achieve a creamy consistency. I typically have to blend for a few minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides as necessary!

For the baked apple with cinnamon, you can either pop the apple (sprinkled with cinnamon) in the oven at 350 F for 15 minutes or until nice and soft. If you have an air fryer, you could put it in there, it would probably only take about 10 minutes!
